There is no trick. Men including sheikh s have used these exact hadiths to validate rape by interpreting these hadiths. In the real world most people don't talk about the conditions you have mentioned. Your lack of acknowledgment if the issues within the muslim community and lack of empathy towards individuals that challenge these hadiths is testimant to the denial we face in our ummah. Fabricated or not- patriarchy exists and therefore such hadiths are open to abuse. Resulting in many women not understanding their rights when it comes to sex and consent. Acknowledging that this hadith can and had been used to validate rape would have shown that you come from a place of understanding. Instead your gripe is about someone questioning its authenticity which isn't really the main issue here. We are all aware of isnad but it's also fair to say that isnad is not a fool proof science. For arguments sake let's all agree the hadith is authentic...you haven't still addressed the poor interpretation of these hadiths and how communities are using it to validate rape....now that would have been the sensible thing to do :)
